She took the initiative to contact the doctor and exert gentle pressure on that doctor to get my wife in expediently. My wife needs follow up care by a specialist that is notoriously hard to get an appointment with. Not only is she the most caring and compassionate individual anybody could ever hope to encounter at a doctor's office, she is also the most helpful person one can think of.
